Founding Principles:
The “Tomorrow’s Help Foundation, Inc.” sole purpose is to sponsor and develop fund-raising activities to provide and assist other organizations, groups and individuals that meet the requirements that are directly associated with a group of individuals, families / family or and individual person that have needs of a nature for which they cannot and do not have the monetary resources to provide payment for the services needed. The services needed shall be medical in nature associated to a catastrophic event or illness that renders them unable to provide payment of such needs or that it would be so significant that their means to pay for the services would cause such a significant burden on their resources that they would not be capable of providing the bare necessities for other members of the group, family or other individuals.
The foundation may participate in donations to scientific foundations that provide research to develop cures for illnesses that are considered to be catastrophic in nature.
Fund-Raising Activities:
The fund-raising activities will be associated primarily but not limited to Sporting Clay Tournaments, Skeet and Trap Shoots. The function will be supported from solicitation about a particular charity that is in need of funding. The funds raised from the event will represent the payment to the event for team participation in the tournament. The function of the event is to raise monies for the charity and that is done by entry fees, donations, sponsorship.
The sponsorships and fees are collected prior to the event. All expenses are paid prior to payment to the receiving party for the charity in which the event was created. There will be an established base ($10,000) for the Foundation to continue from event to event to pay the established reservation charges, materials, and goods needed to sponsor the next event until the Foundation gathers income from donations.
Receiving Charity Qualification:
The receiving Charity must be of sound principle (meeting the muster for tax exempt status) with a Board of Directors who set on council with other members of the Board to decide on the qualification of the group, family or individual that will receive financial help from the proceeds from the “Tomorrow’s Help Foundation”.
The Foundation can upon vote by the board of director contribute the proceeds from a fund-raiser to an organization that meets the guidelines as a recipient set forth by the Foundation. The recipient must be governed by a board of directors and tax exempt.
The Foundation will only contribute to an organization that has multiple recipients and the final determination of the donation being governed by a board of directors.
The Foundation reserves the right to contribute to individuals so long as they are represented by a board of directors and can prove tax exempt status.
The Foundation will further reserve the right to contribute funds to an organization that is conducting scientific research by a majority vote of the Board. The receiving party must be actively engaged in reach for a cure for a medical condition for which there has not been a cure found to date. |
